One Postdoctoral Scholarship in Philosophy

Tender open for the award of one Scholarship for Postdoc (Bolsa de Investigação Pós-Doutoral).

This grant is funded by Portuguese national funds through Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, under project UIDP/00310/2020 of the Center of Philosophy of the University of Lisbon, from the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon.

The scholarship will be awarded for 10 months, and may be renewed up to a maximum of 36 months and during the eligibility of the project.

The scholarship holder is expected to develop with diligence all the activities necessary for the completion of the scientific project submitted and approved, and to participate actively and committedly in the activities of the research group of the Centre of Philosophy of the University of Lisbon in which he/she will be integrated.

– a motivation letter;

– detailed curriculum vitae;

– degree certificate (if you do not have this document, you must send a statement of compliance – see template at FLUL website);

– doctoral thesis or equivalent document that determined the granting of this academic degree;

– research project (max. 3000 words);

– copy of two papers that the candidate considers most relevant.

The application and all documents associated with must be written in either Portuguese or English.
