Zach Tailor

Zachariah Tailor is a doctoral candidate and FCT PhD grant holder at the University of Lisbon. He previously studied at the University of Glasgow, graduating in 2019 with a dissertation on the historical emergence of neoliberalism in Britain. In 2022, Zachariah obtained a Masters degree in political philosophy from the New University of Lisbon having written his thesis on hegemonic neoliberalism and democracy. He also collaborated on the research project at IFILNOVA, Present Democracy for Future Generations. His research interests include contemporary continental philosophy, political philosophy, philosophy of history, decolonial and feminist approaches and the history of ideas.
