Hugo Luzio
Research group: LanCog
I am currently studying for a PhD in Philosophy at the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon, where I previously obtained my BA (2018) and MA (2022), with a dissertation on animalism. I work primarily in Metaphysics, with some incursions in the Philosophy of Art. I am mainly interested in the problem of personal identity, the metaphysics of material objects, the metaphysics of time, and the ontology of music. I am also interested in bioethics. When I am not doing philosophy, I play drums with Them Flying Monkeys, CAIO and Hause Plants.
