This Society will be responsible for periodically organizing such meetings. The first International Aristotelian Conference was organized by the Centre of Philosophy of the University of Lisbon, within the framework of the project \u201cComplete Works of Aristotle: Translation and Commentary (Sixth Phase)\u201d (PTDC\/FER-FIL\/0305\/2021)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">and the project \u201cUID\/310, Centro de Filosofia da Universidade de Lisboa&#8221;<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">.<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">The next two editions of the International Aristotelian Conference will take place at the<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>University of Padua<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">, in 2029, organised by Gertjan Verhasselt, who was elected President of the Society, and at the<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><b>National University of Colombia<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">(Bogot\u00e1), in 2033, organised by Carolina S\u00e1nchez.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 3, 2025, the\u00a0International Society for Aristotelian Studies\u00a0was founded in Lisbon, during the first International Aristotelian Conference.
