Ricardo is currently studying for a Ph.D. at Universidade de Lisboa (FCT studentship SFRH/BD/107907/2015) with a thesis on the moral status of animals and the problem of replaceability. Besides Ethics and the Teaching of Philosophy, Ricardo is also interested in Philosophy of Logic and Philosophy of Mathematics.
