I am FCT Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre of Philosophy of the University of Lisbon and Coordinator of Praxis – Practical Philosophy Research Group. I received my PhD in Philosophy (Doctor Europaeus) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) (2015, Special Prize Award/Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado). Previously I studied Hispanic Linguistics and Literature at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) (B.A., 2006), and Comparative Literature (M.A., 2009) and Contemporary Philosophy (M.A., 2012) at UAB. I have been research fellow and teaching assistant at the Department of Humanities of the PUCP and at the Department of Philosophy of the UAB (Spain), former visiting researcher at the Centre of Philosophy of the University of Lisbon (Portugal) and doctoral and postdoctoral visiting researcher at the Husserl-Archives at the University of Cologne (Germany). My area of ​​specialization is contemporary continental philosophy and my research area is the study of imagination and the imaginary, with especial interest in their intersections with phenomenology, epistemology, cultural studies, social ontology, politics, and aesthetics.
