Holds a degree in Philosophy and is a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the Faculty of Humanities of Lisbon University, with a dissertation entitled ‘Time and method in Bergsonian Philosophy’, under the supervision of Prof. Doutor Carlos João Correia. Member of the Philosophy Center of Lisbon University since 2008, held a research scholarship from the Portuguese Science and Technology Foundation between 2008 and 2012. She was a member of the Editorial Board of Philosophica – Journal of the Department of Philosophy of Lisbon University (2012-2015).

She has taught at the Philosophy Department of Lisbon University: ‘West / East: dialogues and crossings’ (free seminar, between 2009-2012); and ‘Philosophy and Literature’ (curriculum course for the college degree in Philosophy, in 2010/2011).
